I lead transitions towards improved circularity for value chain actors and consortiums of stakeholders. My past experience of the practicalities and challenges of different stakeholders equip me with holistic approach that creates win-win solutions. Improved circularity is a shared challenge, which requires collaboration between policy makers, industry partners and knowledge institutes. By working together, it is possible to shift towards long-term value creation that lowers long-term costs, saves planetary resources, lowers supply chain risks and improves resilience. Data-driven optimisation and bold leadership are key aspects in achieving these results also in the offshore wind sector!
